Questions, corrections, implementation ideas, interoperability concerns, change proposals, and comments on any published FCL document are welcome.
The FCL specifications are drafts intended to improve through outside review and real-world use. If you find an ambiguity, conflict, edge case, legal concern, technical problem, or unintended consequence, we want to know about it.
If you are considering an implementation or pilot, we especially encourage you to get in touch. You do not need the Foundation's permission to implement the open specifications, but early conversations can help identify issues before significant development work is committed — and feedback from implementers can help improve the standard for everyone.

Substantive comments and change proposals will be reviewed as the standards develop. Where a comment results in, or materially informs, a specification change, the Foundation intends to document that disposition alongside the relevant revision.
